You will be provided with an individualised training programme and a detailed nutrition plan. You will have continued support and guidance from your trainer every step of the way. We understand that all our clients are unique. We therefore adapt the training plan to their preferences, whether that involves us training clients within the gym environment, at their own home, or braving the elements outdoors. We train clients out of Edinburgh Leisure gyms where the variety of locations and equipment allows every session to be varied and enjoyable. No gym membership is required.
